Tattoos
Prior to Inquiring
Make sure that you have checked out MY portfolio and work excessively and be sure that you love MY work. Example: If your tattoo design includes peonies, make sure you like how I draw/tattoo peonies. I’m not the right tattoo artist for everyone and you all truly deserve the exact tattoo that you want.
Please make sure you read my policies carefully prior to booking. It’s important that you understand them so we can both be on the same page and there’s never an issue.
The design
Most of the time, you will NOT get your deign prior to the appointment. This varies some. Occasionally, if the specific piece I feel needs further collaboration or discussion prior, I will reach out. But typically not. I tattoo a lot of script, small and simple designs and floral so collaboration is rarely needed. Especially if you were very specific on your tattoo submission form. I do book my appointments in a way that allows a little extra time for tweaks and finalization at the beginning of your appointment. Please trust that we will not tattoo a design that you do not love on you!
Consults
I do not currently offer consults for tattooing. I feel tattoo consults are mostly beneficial if it’s for a large elaborate piece or a coverup, neither of which I offer.
My ideal client
I work best with people who are either very chill and trusting and let me do my thing… or who are specific AND good at communicating exactly what they want. Surprisingly, there’s loads of clients who are extremely picky but also indecisive. I may love them as an individual but we may not work well together and this is not what I’m looking to book. I need really decisive clients who know what they want and are ready.
I sadly don’t have time currently to go through Pinterest boards, collaborate and help people figure out what they want.
What I will tattoo
Currently I am NOT offering larger pieces or sleeve type projects.
Small - medium individual pieces only! I prioritize script/writing, memorial pieces for loved ones/pets, loved ones handwriting/drawings, bones/skulls/nature, florals and ornamental designs. But I do love the random/weird ones too!
Absolutely no cover m-up type work and I currently am not touching up other artists work.
Placements I will NOT tattoo
Fingers (but I WILL do tops of hands)
Neck/throat (but I WILL do behind/under ear)
Feet
Genitals
I am selective with the rib cage/side area. I will only do these if its something like cursive type script of floral and has natural movement. I will NOT do tattoos in this area like long straight lines or perfect geometric shapes.
Guests
At your appointment, I prefer it’s just you and I, but you are allowed ONE guest if you choose but they must be over the age of 12 and very calm/respectful. No children allowed in the studio for safety and distraction purposes. If are getting a tattoo with a friend/family member, you are each others guest. No additional guests allowed. My room is small and I need the least amount of distractions as possible. I want my focus to be on giving you the best tattoo humanly possible.
Payment
Cash or Venmo are always HIGHLY preferred if it’s not inconvenient for you but I am more than happy to take card also!
Tattoo Touch-ups.
Only about 30% of my clients feel they want/need a touch up on their tattoo. I work extremely hard to make sure your tattoo is as perfect as it can be the first round but due to the nature of fineline tattoos, a touch up might be needed/wanted. I charge a flat tray set up fee of $40 for touch ups.
My start to finish process
Once you’ve read and accepted all my info and policies, if you feel we will be a good fit for each other, you may submit a tattoo request form.
You will hear from me shortly. Either a polite denial via email. Or you’ll get a text from me, approving your tattoo and giving you a quote and booking instructions.
If the quote works for you, you’ll come back to my site and book your appointment on my booking tab.
You’ll have my number from when I approved your tattoo so you can text me with any additional info or questions you might have. (Although, hopefully you were thorough with your submission and read all my info and this won’t be needed.)
Then arrive at your appointment and fill out your consent form.
Together we review your design and discuss exact size and placement.
Once you love it, we will move on with the stencil and the tattoo.
Then of course photos! (I may take videos/photos throughout the procedure also.)
Then I will wrap your tattoo and go over your aftercare and questions!
Policies
You may move/reschedule or cancel your appointment as long as it’s before 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you reschedule/cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment, or are more than 15 mins late to your appointment, you will be charged a booking cancellation fee of $50 and is nonnegotiable/non refundable and does not go toward your future tattoo fee/total. Over 15 mins late to your appointment will result us needing to reschedule you. If you straight up, blatantly no show me, you will be charged 100% of the tattoo fee discussed and not be allowed to reschedule again.
